Part 1: Gold ore crushing
 
In the consideration of the design of the crushing section process, the principle of “breaking more and less grinding” is adopted. Mainly adopt: the jaw crusher + cone crusher (coarse crush) + cone crusher (fine crush) + high pressure roller mill multi-stage crushing process. When the traditional crushing equipment is used for crushing gold ore raw materials, most of the minerals can only be broken to 0-12mm. The Dahongli machine can use the optimized design scheme to crush the gold ore raw materials to 0-5mm, effectively reducing the subsequent grinding. Cost and time.
 
Part II: Grinding section
 
The 0-5mm gold ore material crushed by the crushing section enters the ball mill for re-grinding, which has reached the requirements of the subsequent process materials. The ball mill usually works with the classifier to form a grinding and grading unit. The ball mill grinds the material to be treated, and the classifier divides the ground product into qualified materials and unqualified materials. Unqualified products are returned to the ball mill for regrind to improve the grinding process. The grinding operation entered by the classifier and the graded return sand constitutes a grinding closed section. The grading work can be pre-grading, checking grading, controlling grading, or both. The grinding machine can be used in the form of rod grinding and ball milling in the grinding process.
 
Part III: Mixed flotation
 
In view of the different metal content of the gold ore, the beneficiation process can be carried out in the form of a combination of multiple beneficiation processes. Use a wide range of gradient magnetic separation, gravity selection, flotation, and the like.
 
Part IV: Drying section
 
The gold powder after the flotation is sent to the dryer, and the drying process mainly removes the water content of the selected gold powder in the beneficiation process to obtain high-quality gold fine powder.
