Granite crushing line can be used as a reference for high hardness aggregate processing.
The M-sand crushing line needs to integrate multiple equipment such as cone crusher, jaw crusher, VSI crusher, vibrating screen. According to the specific needs of customers, auxiliary equipment can be added such as moisture mixer, dust removal equipment, conveyor, dust collection device, etc.

1. The vibrating feeder sends the rough stone into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing,
2. The crushed materials is sent to the cone crusher for medium crushing,
3-1 The ultra-fine particle material is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing,  then delivered to the VSI crusher,
3-2 The qualified materials is sent to a VSI crusher for fine crushing, and then enters the grinding roller for superfine crushing,
4. The materials then delivered to sand washer, you can obtain the manufactured sand with reasonable fineness and good gradation.
