Part I: Fragmentation section
 
Manganese ore crushing generally adopts secondary crushing, namely: jaw crusher + cone crusher + vibrating screen. According to actual needs, a high-pressure roller mill can be added to crush the ore raw material to 0-5mm to reduce the cost of grinding in the latter stage. In the crushing process, according to the raw material conditions, strong magnetic separation can be designed to pre-select the materials and separate the waste in the ore.
 
Part II: Grinding section
 
After the manganese ore is broken, it enters the ball mill for grinding and crushing. Usually, the ball mill and the classifier are used together.
 
Part III: Sorting section
 
The ground manganese ore powder enters the magnetic separator for sorting, and the sorting section usually adopts a combination of strong magnetic separation and weak magnetic separation.
 
Part IV: Drying section
 
The sorted manganese ore powder enters the dryer for drying treatment to obtain manganese ore fine powder.
